I’m Beatriz Stanley, Edmond therapist, I have years of experience helping people just like you move away from a constant state of overwhelm and towards meeting their needs and desires. Together, we learn to listen to that wise part of you that is dissatisfied and guide you towards letting yourself be seen, heard and have your needs met.
My clients work with me weekly to get consistent support, have my full and undivided attention to move through the experiences that keep them from embracing who they are, asking for what they need and being deserving of a fulfilling life. I often use yoga, mindfulness and brainspotting so that you can have resources to practice and use outside our time together. I will be giving you homework to complete outside your sessions not every week but it’s gonna happen and with your effort we will tackle the challenges ahead. We will also laugh, joke and celebrate you taking a leap towards yourself.
