My clients work with me weekly to get consistent support, to move through the experiences that keep them stuck. I help you embrace who they are, ask for what they need and embrace a fulfilling life.
I use art, mindfulness and brainspotting to help give you the most access to making sustainable live changes. You get homework to practice in between sessions. With your efforts we will tackle the challenges ahead, face the pain and celebrate the brave steps you are taking!

FAQs about Counseling in OKC
Several things but three main ones are:

We start by meeting weekly and then move to 90 minute sessions at a reduced frequency.
55 minute sessions cost $175
On average about 6 to 12 months, from start to termination, depending on what your goals are. Some people I work with want more support, want to tackle multiple issues or simply desire a consistent space to keep moving through things in a way that they are unable to do anywhere else in life. These individuals stay on longer or once they terminate set up check in sessions. However everyone is different. I do my best to check with how counseling is working for you and stand by the belief that there is no right or wrong length of time for people to be in counseling.
No, Check in sessions are reserved for those whom I’ve already worked with since we already have a rapport and can quickly fall in step with each other.
