Frequently Asked Questions

Payment & Cancellation Policy

What is your cancellation policy?

I offer 3 no charge cancellations in a calendar year. At any time during our work together you have 3 weeks to reschedule any session you may not be able to attend. If you are unable to reschedule that will count as 1 of your 3 cancellations. Once you use up all 3 cancellations you are responsible for paying full session fee.

What form of payment do you accept?

To maintain confidentiality of services I use an online platform to keep cards on file that is HIPPA compliant. Currently, payment is made using IVY Pay.

Do you accept insurance?

I am currently in-network with Healthchoice. Couples sessions are not billed through insurance due to relational issues not meeting DSM diagnostic criteria.

How much do sessions cost?

Individual sessions cost $175 per 55 minutes

Couples sessions cost $285 per 90 minutes

To give you just one thing be honest. Hopefully that is already a goal of yours to be honest with me in session but those that I have seen truly blossom are truly being honest with themselves.
