We start by meeting weekly and then move to 90 minute sessions at a reduced frequency as we prepare for a termination session.

On average about 6 to 12 months, from start to termination, depending on what your goals are. Some people I work with want more support, want to tackle multiple issues or simply desire a consistent space to keep moving through things in a way that they are unable to do anywhere else in life. These individuals stay on longer or once they terminate set up check in sessions. However everyone is different. We regularly follow up with how counseling is working for you and make adjustments. 

No, Online therapy isn’t a good fit for everyone though it offers a lot of convenience and has often made it easier for clients to attend appointments punctually and regularly that does not mean that everyone with enjoy meeting online.
