We meet weekly to create steady progress and untangle the patterns that keep you stuck. I draw from art, mindfulness, yoga, and brainspotting to support meaningful change, along with practical tools to use between sessions. Therapy with me is thoughtful, supportive, and focused on helping you build a life that feels calmer, more sustainable, and more aligned with who you are.
